Welcome to Zenzone Yoga, offering Zen Yoga classes and Yin Yoga Workshops in Wimborne, Southbourne, and the surrounding areas.
In addition to my regular classes in Southbourne, I am now running all classes previously taught by Jane, of Zenspace Yoga, in Wimborne. Classes will run as usual and can be booked online through my profile.
An increasingly popular practice for cultivating overall... health and well-being, yoga is so much more than just a feel good workout. Zen Yoga in particular places emphasis on three intertwined areas. These are physical alignment, the flow of energy in the body, and awareness or mindfulness. Working with your body, mind and energy system it helps to improve flexibility, increase strength and create greater vitality. Zen is suitable for anyone, it is accessible and potentially life changing for all those who engage in it.
Yin Yoga is a passive, floor-based style of yoga, and is supported by the use of props. A very nurturing practice, Yin Yoga helps you to unwind and release tension held deep within the tissues of the body.
